5-Axis Dovetail Vise
Runsom 5-Axis Dovetail Vise features a simple and compact all-steel design. They reduce the distortion of parts and require very little material (0.060” or less) to clamp.

Operation:
Cutting a 10° angle in the bottom surface of a machinable part allows for extremely high clamping forces while leaving all five sides accessible. The heavy-duty version has higher torque and tilting moments than the standard dovetail vise.
5-Axis Block Dovetail Vise
Runsom 5-Axis Block Dovetail Vise mounts directly to rotary tables or any QLS(Quick Locating System) Grid. They reduce the distortion of parts and require 0.060″ or less material to clamp.

Runsom Self-Centering Vises is suitable for many clamping tasks on 5-Axis machining centers and pallet systems. Whether the workpieces are angular or round, the concentric clamping system provides the same zero position.
